Tue, January 13, 2009 ASE Test Names Verigy 2008 Vendor of the Year
CUPERTINO, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Verigy (NASDAQ:VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, today announced that ASE Test Inc. ("ASE Test"), one of the largest independent semiconductor testing companies worldwide, has named Verigy as its 2008 Vendor of the Year. This award is based on ASE Test monthly rankings of its suppliers on four measurement criteria: quality, engineering and services, delivery, and cost. Verigy consistently achieved high scores and performed better overall in all criteria than other vendors.
