IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - June 24, 2009) - Hop-on, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ HPNN ]) announced today that its 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, August 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The meeting will be held at the Hilton, 18800 MacArthur Blvd. Irvine, CA 92612.

Hop-on, Inc. shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2009 are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and are invited to attend in person. Shareholders will have an opportunity to vote on the election of the Company's directors.

Company will also address its new business strategy on Global distribution of its low end phones, casino gaming software and updates on the opportunities abroad.
