Access Beverage, Inc.: Access Beverage, Inc. Acquires 100% of Guangzhou Du Ye Trading Company Ltd.
GUANGZHOU, CHINA--(Marketwire - June 12, 2009) - Access Beverage, Inc. (
Du Ye was incorporated in 2007 as a private company with registered capital of US $14,700. Du Ye provides accessories to automobile manufacturers such as Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Fuji, Hino etc. The accessories include NOK, ARS, NDK oil seals, O rings, flat metal gaskets, brake booster diaphragms and sealing facilities for crankshafts. The company is located in Room 516A Jin Heng Commercial Plaza, No.117, HengFu Road, Guangzhou.
According to the terms of the deal, the Company will pay 60,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock for a 100% interest in Du Ye.
