CRYSTAL RIVER, FL--(Marketwire - June 23, 2009) - Mobiform Software, Inc. (OTCBB: [ MOBS ]) has entered into an agreement with Sobha Renaissance Information Technology, Inc. to utilize pieces of Mobiform technology in upcoming versions of Renaissance software products. To protect the strategic advantage of the technology in use and in development, the companies have chosen not to divulge further details.
