CRYSTAL RIVER, FL--(Marketwire - May 14, 2009) - Mobiform Software, Inc. (OTCBB: [ MOBS ]) (the "Company" or "Mobiform") today announces that FINRA has cleared the company's application to trade the Company's common stock on the over-the-counter bulletin board ("OTCBB").
