FSI International, Inc. Announces Closing of Public Offering of its Common Stock

MINNEAPOLIS--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--FSI International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSII), a manufacturer of capital equipment for the microelectronics industry, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of common stock at a public offering price of $3.05 per share. The underwriters exercised, in full, their option to purchase up to an additional 810,000 shares to cover over-allotments, resulting in a total sale of 6,210,000 shares of the Companya™s common stock. Net proceeds from the sale of the shares, after underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are approximately $17.6 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate and working capital purposes. Craig-Hallum Capital Group acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Dougherty & Company served as the co-manager.

The shares were issued pursuant to a shelf registration statement that was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the aSECa) and was declared effective on April 12, 2010.
