MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 16, 2010) - Zuni Holdings Inc., formerly MTI Global Inc. (the "Company") (TSX:MTI) announced today that, following completion of the sale of MTI Polyfab and other aerospace-related assets to 3M Canada Holdings Ltd.:

  • The Company has changed its name to "Zuni Holdings Inc." effective June 11, 2010;
  • The Company has accepted the resignation of William J. Neill as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company;
  • Daniel Marks, a current director of the Company and the President and Principal of Stonehouse Capital Management Inc., a portfolio management firm, has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer;
  • Robert Lord, David White and Rodney Vander Meersch, each of whom is currently a director of the Company, have decided not to stand for re-election as directors at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders to be held on July 15, 2010 (the "AGM");
  • The management nominees for election to the board of directors at the AGM will consist of Daniel Marks and Dirk Schlimm, both of whom are currently directors of the Company, as well as Ken Hight, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rockport Mining Corp. and a well-regarded venture capital market executive; and
  • The Company has initiated the process to transfer its listing from the Toronto Stock Exchange to the NEX, a separate board of the TSX Venture Exchange. Further details as to the effective date of the transfer of the Company's listing and its new trading symbol will be provided when available.
