Mr. Bonham is currently a partner with SageCreek Partners LLC, a "mentor capital" and business consulting company. Mr. Bonham also practiced law for over twenty years. For the majority of his career, he worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a leading Silicon Valley-based law firm, where he served at various times as a member of the Hiring (lead partner), WS Investments, Technology, Compensation and Knowledge Management (co-chair) Committees in addition to his corporate and securities practice. Mr. Bonham received a B.A. in economics from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
Roger J. Sippl is the managing member of Sippl Investments, LLC, a venture capital firm that he founded in 1998. Mr. Sippl is recognized in the software industry as a leading entrepreneur, innovator and investor. Mr. Sippl founded companies such as Above All Software, Inc.; Informix Software, where he served as CEO; The Vantive Corporation which was acquired by PeopleSoft, Inc. in 2000; and Visigenic Software, where he also served as CEO, before the company was acquired by Borland. Sippl was also an early, individual investor in Illustra Information Technologies, which was acquired by Informix in 1996, and Red Pepper Software, which was acquired by Peoplesoft in 1997. Mr. Sippl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Lloyd "Buzz" Waterhouse served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Harcourt Education, a global education company serving students and teachers, adult learners and readers, from September 2006 until his retirement in January 2008. Mr. Waterhouse served as an independent director and consultant from August 2004 to September 2006. From April 2001 to July 2004, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Reynolds and Reynolds Co., a leading provider of integrated solutions to automotive retailers. Before joining Reynolds, Mr. Waterhouse spent 26 years at IBM Corporation, where he gained extensive experience in international business management, information technology, e-business and organizational change. He served as General Manager of E-Business Services for IBM Corporation from July 1998 to May 1999 and prior thereto, he served as General Manager of Marketing & Business Development for IBM Global Services from 1996 to July 1998. Mr. Waterhouse is also a director of Atlantic Mutual Companies and i2 Technologies, Inc.
