MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 11, 2010) - MTI Global Inc. ("MTI" or the "Company") (TSX:MTI) announced today that it has completed the sale of MTI Polyfab and other aerospace-related assets to 3M Canada Holdings Ltd. ("3M Canada") for cash consideration of CDN$25,502,400, subject to certain pre and post-closing adjustments.

MTI Global is working with 3M Canada to ensure the proper transition of the business.

In accordance with the terms of the sale transaction, the Company has agreed to change its name to Zuni Holdings Inc. In addition, since the Company no longer has any active business, it will be making an application to the TSX to transfer its listing to the NEX, a separate board of the TSX Venture Exchange. Further details as to the effective date of the transfer of the Company's listing and its new trading symbol will be provided when available.
