East Africa Acquisition Pipeline Update
Recently, Nova announced finalizing a letter of intent (LOI) and corresponding escrow agreement in the planned acquisition of Palm Healthcare International LTD by Savanna East Africa LTD. Savanna East Africa LTD was formed to facilitate acquisition and business development in that region. Nova has plans to change its corporate name to Savanna East Africa, Inc. as soon as reasonably possible.
East African Wireless Project Update
Separately, Nova was featured in an on-demand Webcast presentation released yesterday on a previously announced wireless utility metering project in East Africa.
