Beacon Enterprise Solutions Awarded New Contract with First Federal Savings Bank in Kentucky

(OTCBB:BEAC) ([ www.askbeacon.com ]) an emerging global leader in the design, implementation and management of high performance Information Technology Systems (ITS) infrastructure solutions, today announced it has been awarded a three-year contract with First Federal Savings Bank (NASDAQ: FFKY) to provide upgrades to existing voice telecommunications infrastructure across their 22 locations in Central Kentucky.

Beacon has been working with First Federal Savings Bank since 2007, and has upgraded all of its branch locations with new ITS infrastructure and connected their voice and data communications between all locations with a new MPLS data network. As part of this new contract, Beacon will upgrade the banka™s voice services to handle unified messaging and integration to Microsoft OCS. Additionally, Beacon will manage upgrades to First Federala™s telephony back-up power facility in case of an electrical outage.
