ModusLink Global Solutions to Convene Annual Stockholders Meeting

WALTHAM, Mass.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ModusLink Global Solutions^™, Inc. (Nasdaq: MLNK) will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the Boston Harbor Hotel, 70 Rowes Wharf, Boston, Massachusetts. The meeting, as well as a presentation regarding the Company and its business, will be webcast from ModusLink Global Solutions' corporate web site at [ www.ir.moduslink.com ]. The webcast is open to all interested parties, including press and individual investors, and will be hosted by Joseph C. Lawler, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Admission to ModusLink Global Solutions' Annual Meeting will be on a first-come, first-served basis. An admission ticket and picture identification will be required to enter the meeting and each stockholder will be entitled to bring one guest.
