The center recently received the highest five-star rating for quality across six categories from the healthcare ratings company, HealthGrades. Tom Ottke, Director of Organization Effectiveness of the Health System said, "Mergers can often lead to confusion and uncertainty, especially for the new colleagues, but having a tool like SuccessFactors helps us drive common goals and culture. Our management team's strategic plans are updated quarterly so the ability to rapidly align corporate objectives to employee execution is a huge benefit. SuccessFactors delivers the flexibility we require to modify strategies, and more importantly, roll them out with clarity. We've enjoyed great adoption of the system across our organization, as our team fully recognizes the value that comes from corporate-wide alignment."
SuccessFactors Research [ recently conducted a study ], looking at the increased financial performance that companies can achieve in using performance and talent management software in post merger situations. Companies that leveraged SuccessFactors to manage their mergers outperformed their competition in both growth and profitability measures – impressive achievements given that most mergers fail to realize the expected financial benefits.
