MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 9, 2010) - Zuni Holdings Inc., formerly MTI Global Inc. (the "Company") (TSX:MTI) announced today that, pursuant to the completion of the sale of MTI Polyfab and other aerospace-related assets to 3M Canada Holdings Ltd., its board of directors has declared a special cash distribution by way of return of capital in the amount of $0.26 per common share (the "Special Distribution"), payable to shareholders of record on July 21, 2010. The Company expects the Special Distribution to be paid on or about August 4, 2010.
The Company will be holding its annual general meeting on July 15, 2010.
