Mark Leslie to Retire From NetApp Board of Directors

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - July 2, 2010) - NetApp (NASDAQ: [ NTAP ]) today announced that Mark Leslie will not stand for reelection to NetApp's board of directors at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders in August 2010. Leslie joined the NetApp board in July 2004 and served as a member of the corporate governance and nominating committee and the investment and acquisition committee.
