Intevac to Participate in Intersolar North America 2010

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Intevac, Inc. (Nasdaq:IVAC) announced today that the company will have a booth presence at the Intersolar Trade Show taking place next week in San Francisco. Intevac will showcase their revolutionary, high value, low-cost solutions for the solar industry.

Intevac will promote LEAN SOLAR^a", a high-productivity, multi-step processing system that offers precise film property control in a small footprint. LEAN SOLAR can be configured for specific requirements and can run multiple applications including CIGS on glass or stainless steel substrates, and silicon-based applications including metal contact, ARC and TCO.

Intevac will also introduce NanoVista^a", a high-sensitivity photoluminescence inspection system for cell quality and efficiency monitoring. NanoVista captures high resolution photoluminescence images of in-process and finished cells at up to 3,600 cells per hour.

Intevac will participate in Intersolara™s Innovation Exchange program, with a presentation on in-line photoluminescence imaging on Tuesday, July 13th at 11:30 a.m. at Moscone Center, Level 3.

Intevac Booth #8211 will be located on the 2nd Level of Moscone Center West. Booth hours are: Tuesday and Wednesday, July 13th and 14th, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Thursday, July 15th, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
