Hipso Multimedia, Inc. (HPSO) Announces That It Has Begun to Sell Its Securities Pursuant to a Private Placement Memorandum

ILE DES SOEURS, QC--(Marketwire - July 6, 2010) - Hipso Multimedia, Inc. (OTCBB: [ HPSO ]) has just begun to accept subscriptions to a private placement. It is offering units of one share of its common stock and one common stock purchase warrant exercisable at $.20 per share for two years from the close of the offering. Purchase price is $.125 per unit. The close of the offering was originally scheduled for June 30^th, 2010 but has been extended to July 16^th, 2010. The maximum amount of the offering is US$300,000. Proceeds of the offering will be used for working capital.
