


Omniture: Omniture Appoints Vice President of Sales, Omniture Insight

Gurock joins Omniture from Business Objects, an SAP company, where he most recently served as group vice president, North American Healthcare and Eastern Region, responsible for overseeing a 100-person organization with revenue responsibility in excess of $100 million of performance management, business intelligence, and information management solutions. While at Business Objects, he was one of the number one area sales directors in North America, and his team was consistently ranked at the top of the sales organization. Prior to that, Gurock was the regional sales manager, Northeast Region, for INFORMATICA, selling business intelligence, analytics applications and data integration tools to Fortune 2000 clients. While at INFORMATICA, he was responsible for multiple transactions of over $1 million. While a director of sales at Eloquent, his team closed the company's largest transaction up to that point in time of $3 million. He has also served as a regional sales director for payroll processing and HR outsourcing company ADP, where he accomplished a fiscal year regional revenue increase of 25+ percent.
Gurock received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
