IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - August 21, 2009) - Hop-on, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ HPNN ]) announced today the results from their annual shareholders meeting. There was a quorum that met and it has been determined that, for the next year, Peter Michaels will remain Chairman of the Board, President and CEO.

Michaels stated, "With this tough economy, our job is to find new avenues to create value for the bottom line. Hop-on is very resourceful in delivering low-end cell phones and other electronic gadgets for mass distribution.
