ERF Wireless Schedules Shareholder Conference Call Webcast
LEAGUE CITY, Texas--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless broadband products and services, announced today that the company will be hosting a special shareholder conference call webcast to provide ERF Wireless shareholders and investors with additional details on the recent reseller agreement signed with Schlumberger to exclusively resell wireless broadband and WiMAX terrestrial communications products and services in the North American oil and gas market. The primary objective of the conference call will be to better educate stockholders on some of the most important features of the agreement, including the minimum annual purchase commitments and the market penetration guarantees, as well as a general understanding of the overall size and significance of the agreement to ERF Wireless. The conference call webcast will also provide updates on the company's other oil and gas opportunities, its growing WISP acquisitions and operations that provide high-speed broadband to rural America, and its ongoing banking initiatives.
The webcast will take place on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at 3:30 pm (CST) and is expected to last approximately 45 minutes. The call will include a presentation by senior management and a 25-minute question and answer period.
