Mon, February 16, 2009 ISCO International Announces Suspension of Trading on NYSE Alternext US and Quotation in Pink Sheets
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--ISCO International, Inc. (AMEX: ISO) announced today that, prior to the market opening on February 17, 2009, the NYSE Alternext US LLC (the "Exchange") will suspend trading of ISCO's common stock. Thereafter, the Exchange will commence proceedings with the Securities and Exchange Commission to strike ISCO's common stock from listing and registration on the Exchange.
ISCO expects its common stock to be quoted in the Pink Sheets under the symbol, "ISOO," beginning on February 17, 2009. As previously announced, ISCO has identified a market maker who has applied for the quotation of ISCO's common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company is working with the market maker to have the quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board effective as soon as possible, but the process, if successful, could take up to several weeks.
