DDi Corp. Announces Departure of CFO J. Michael Dodson

ANAHEIM, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--DDi Corp. (NASDAQ: DDIC), a leading provider of time-critical, technologically advanced electronic interconnect design, engineering and manufacturing services, announced today that J. Michael Dodson has resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective October 4, 2011 to accept a position as chief financial officer of a supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors.

Wayne Slomsky, currently DDia™s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer and will assume Mr. Dodsona™s responsibilities. Mr. Slomsky has 10 years of experience in financial management with publicly traded companies as well as 10 years as an auditor and manager with national independent accounting firms. Mr. Slomsky holds a B.S. from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

In addition to considering internal candidates, the Company has commenced a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
