


PURE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES NEW WORK WORTH APPROXIMATELY US$6.5 MILLION
CALGARY, May 9 /CNW/ - Pure Technologies Ltd., ("Pure") (TSXV: PUR) is pleased to announce new projects with a total value of approximately US$6.5 million. The work associated with these projects encompasses the full range of Pure's inspection and engineering services for water and wastewater pipelines and includes the following notable contracts:
- A significant multi-year service contract from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) which builds on a previous service contract that was executed in 2010. WASD is one of the largest water utilities in the U.S., servicing the greater Miami-Dade area population.
- A contract from Arizona Public Service Company for 37 miles of electromagnetic inspection of a prestressed reclaimed water supply pipeline.
- A leak detection contract in Qatar, the first commercial contract for SmartBall® in the Middle East.
