ICG to Announce First Quarter Results Thursday, May 5th Before Market Opens

WAYNE, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Internet Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICGE) (aICGa) will release the financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2011 on Thursday, May 5, 2011, before the market opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the first quarter results on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, ICGa™s chief executive officer, and Kirk Morgan, chief financial officer of the Company.
