




OSI Geospatial Announces Appointment of VP Finance and Secretary
OTTAWA, Jan. 21 /CNW/ - OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSX: OSI) ("OSI Geospatial") today announced the appointment of Mr. Jim Girard, CA, as Vice President Finance and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Girard joined OSI Geospatial in 2008 as Director of Finance, and, in 2010, he was promoted to Vice President Corporate Development.
Mr. Ken Kirkpatrick, OSI President and CEO commented: "Jim's extensive financial background complemented by his well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of our business make him a natural fit for this role."
Mr. Girard takes over from Mr. John Sentjens who has decided to pursue new opportunities and will continue working with the Company through a transition period.
