(NASDAQ: TTWO) announced today that it plans to report financial results for the fiscal third quarter ended December 31, 2010 after the market close on Tuesday, February 8, 2011. On October 25, 2010, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had approved a fiscal year-end change from October 31 to March 31. Future financial results will be reported in accordance with this change, beginning with the three and nine months ended December 31, 2010.
