Leap Announces Addition of Bob Young as Executive Vice President a" Field Operations
SAN DIEGO--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Leap Wireless International, Inc. (NASDAQ: LEAP), a leading provider of innovative and value-driven wireless communications services, today announced that Bob Young has joined the Company as its Executive Vice President a" Field Operations. In his role, Mr. Young will have responsibility for the coordination and management of the Companya™s field operations, including direct and indirect sales, channel management and distribution. Reporting to Young will be three regional presidents with oversight and responsibility for their various territories.

Young has more than 35 years of managerial and operational experience, including extensive experience in the telecommunications field. Young served in senior executive roles for eight years at MetroPCS Communications, Inc., where he oversaw the expansion of the companya™s network and its launch of service in many of its most significant markets. Prior to joining MetroPCS, Young had senior management roles with Verizon Wireless, PrimeCo Personal Communications and US West.
