Azure Dynamics Gives Green Light for 4CS Service Suite

EAST MOLINE, Ill., Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- 4CS Inc., the leading provider of Service Life Cycle Management solutions announced today that Azure Dynamics, a world leader in the development and production of hybrid electric and electric components and powertrain systems for commercial vehicles, has selected the 4CS Service Suite to support their customer service and warranty management processes. 

Azure Dynamics will be implementing multiple 4CS Solutions including iWarranty, iSupport, iParts, and the Service Intelligence reporting and analysis solution.  Utilizing 4CS' solutions, Azure Dynamics will benefit from a common platform that will streamline claims management, ensure immediate customer support, and provide immediate access to critical data.  The solution will be localized to support German and French and will be available to Azure partners, Azure/Ford Dealers, and distributors around the world in support of Azure's innovative Balance Hybrid and Transit Connect Electric vehicle products.

The 4CS solution will be accessible through Azure's dedicated Product Support website at [ www.azdtec.com ] and will enable Azure Dynamics to leverage a common platform for all customer support and warranty management process.  As a result, Azure will benefit from the lowest total cost of system ownership while delivering world-class support services to its customers.  The 4CS solution will facilitate product delivery inspection, customer support and resolution, claims management, parts sourcing, and reporting and analysis.
