BENSALEM, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased the common stock of Tekelec (the aCompanya) (NASDAQ:TKLC) between February 11, 2010 and August 5, 2010, inclusive (the aClass Perioda). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

Tekelec engages in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, sale and support of telecommunications products and services including voice, text messaging, and mobile data delivery.
