Propalms, Inc. to Attend Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2010

MALTON, ENGLAND--(Marketwire - July 12, 2010) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ PRPM ]) is pleased to announce that representatives from the Company are attending this year's Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference from July 11th-15th. Propalms is a Microsoft Gold partner and will be looking to expand its partners and customer base for its existing and future software products which target thin client computing and the virtualization markets. The Microsoft Partner Program is designed for all partners who develop and market solutions based on Microsoft platforms, provide consulting or technical services for Microsoft systems, or recommend Microsoft technology purchases to customers.

Propalms has set up several meetings with Registered Members, distributors and potential customers. Registered Members are partners with any level of expertise in Microsoft technologies who are interested in accessing resources and aligning themselves more closely with Microsoft. Gold Certified Partners demonstrate the highest degree of competence in working with Microsoft technologies.

The Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference 2010 is being held on July 11-15, 2010, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, D.C., USA. This five-day partner event of the year offers the opportunity to learn about Microsoft's roadmap and best practices for the year. Companies will gain exclusive access to networking with Microsoft executives and other partners.

Propalms recently announced that the Company's Board of Directors approved a dividend of Infrared Systems International common shares for shareholders of record as of July 16, 2010, with a payment date no later than August 16, 2010. Propalms shareholders are to receive 1 (one) restricted share of Infrared Systems International common stock for every 30 (thirty) shares they own of Propalms as of the Record Date; no fractional shares shall be issued.
