New Business Win: Callidus Software Signs Leading Health Services Corporation

SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwire - June 8, 2010) - Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: [ CALD ]), the leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM), continues to demonstrate strong business momentum in the health care products and services industry by announcing today that it signed a major health services corporation for its ActekSoft Sales Performance Management suite -- ACom3™ Commission and Incentive Compensation. The agreement was signed in the second quarter of 2010.

The solution will initially be used to support licensing, appointment management, and commission management for Medicare and Individual lines of business with subsequent phases planned to expand into the enterprise.
