iPass Extends Mobile Network Service With Magyar Telecom Partnership

LONDON--(Marketwire - June 3, 2010) - [ iPass, Inc ]. (NASDAQ: [ IPAS ]), a leading provider of enterprise mobility services, today announced further expansion of its European Wi-Fi footprint through a partnership with Hungary's biggest telecom services provider, Magyar Telekom. A total of almost 500 access points have been integrated into the iPass Mobile Network service, with over 150 in the Hungarian capital of Budapest alone, and are now available to over 3,500 global iPass enterprise customers.

iPass' in-country customer base and multi-national end-users will benefit from simple and cost-effective connectivity in well over 100 business hotels, including leading chains such as Sofitel, Mercure, Ibis and Novotel, as well as the international airport in Budapest, through which 8 million passengers passed in 2009. Other key hotspots around Hungary include cafés, restaurants, public hotspots and various retail venues. With iPass, mobile employees can gain access to a single, unified connection experience over multiple access technologies and across multiple device types around the world.

The iPass Mobile Network includes key business venues such as 89 of the world's 100 busiest airports and a total of 643 airports worldwide, as well as over 31,000 hotels and conference venues and over 110,000 retail venues worldwide.
