DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - June 4, 2010) - USA Signal Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ USST ]) ([ www.usasignal.com ]) has executed an LOI with CTFLA, LLC., d.b.a. American Wholesale Health ([ www.americanwholesalehealth.com ]) to acquire substantially all its assets, proprietary products, licenses, and operations subject to completion of due diligence and execution of a Definitive Asset Purchase Agreement by both parties.
