Support.com COO Anthony Rodio to Provide Insights on Future of Tech Support at Parks Associates' Connections 2010

On June 9, Rodio will participate in the "Digital Home Technical Support Services" session that looks at the business opportunities in the support market for the digital home, including the necessary steps to move the industry from providing reactive to holistic support. Connections 2010 takes place June 8-10 at the Santa Clara (CA) Convention Center.
