ADP, Kao and HR One Forge a New HRO Business Model for Japanese Multinationals

TOKYO--(Marketwire - June 8, 2010) - [ ADP ]^® (NASDAQ: [ ADP ]), a leading provider of [ HR ], payroll and benefits administration services worldwide, announced today that [ Kao Corp. ] ("Kao"), a leader in beauty, health, fabric, home care and chemical products, has selected ADP to deliver a fully integrated suite of [ global HR, time management and ][ payroll services ]through its GlobalView^® solution. The services will be provided to Kao employees in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan. In Japan, the deal leverages a new model wherein ADP will partner with [ HR One ] Corporation to integrate payroll delivery.

ADP will provide Kao with one global service level agreement to cover Kao payroll and HR employee services in the above mentioned countries, partnering with HR One to integrate payroll service delivery in Japan. ADP's GlobalView and HR One both utilize the [ SAP ]^® ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution to deliver their services. Through this agreement, ADP will offer one world-class service experience for Kao employees, supplying manager self-service (MSS) and employee self-service (ESS) interfaces as well as enabling common reporting worldwide.
