ADP, Kao and HR One Forge a New HRO Business Model for Japanese Multinationals

ADP will provide Kao with one global service level agreement to cover Kao payroll and HR employee services in the above mentioned countries, partnering with HR One to integrate payroll service delivery in Japan. ADP's GlobalView and HR One both utilize the [ SAP ]® ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution to deliver their services. Through this agreement, ADP will offer one world-class service experience for Kao employees, supplying manager self-service (MSS) and employee self-service (ESS) interfaces as well as enabling common reporting worldwide.
