Mellanox 40Gb/s InfiniBand Landed-on-Motherboard in TYAN Server Platform

(NASDAQ: MLNX)(TASE: MLNX), a leading supplier of end-to-end connectivity solutions for data center servers and storage, today announced its ConnectX 40Gb/s InfiniBand adapters have been selected for Landed-on-Motherboard (LOM) applications across TYAN's leading family of S7017 server products, eliminating the need for separate add-in I/O cards. TYAN is a leading provider of performance- and power-optimized server boards, chassis, and rack and blade systems that target data center, high-performance computing, workstation, storage networks and standalone server environments.
