GLEN COVE, N.Y.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Compliance Systems Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary Call Compliance Inc. ("CCI") (OTCBB: COPI), a provider of compliance technologies and methodologies to the teleservices industry, has signed a co-marketing agreement with the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA) to offer the "CRDA Canadian Online Regulatory Guide."

Alberta, Canada attorney Daniel Pichette, Partner, Schinnour Matkin Baxter & Pichette, has signed an agreement with the Company to author and maintain the guide, which summarizes Canadian Do-Not-Call laws, broken down by category with links to the actual rules. The new guide will be commercially available today, Friday, December 12, 2008. Akin to the Call Compliance Inc. existing U.S. online Regulatory Guides series, the Company believes the new guide will be Canada's only up-to-date and comprehensive online guide to the rules and regulations governing companies that conduct telemarketing activities, placing all compliance information at the teleservice professional's fingertips ([ www.crda.regulatoryguide.com ]).

The introduction of the guide comes soon after the institution of the new Canadian Do-Not-Call (DNC) rules that came into force on September 30, 2008. With the passage of these new rules, telemarketers found in violation of the list could face fines of up to $1,500 for individuals and up to $15,000 for corporations. The CRDA Regulatory Guide enables teleservice professionals, at all levels, to make and receive calls, secure in the knowledge that they have access to the latest rules and regulations governing their industry.

"We are delighted to enter into this agreement with CRDA," said CEO of Compliance Systems Corporation Dean Garfinkel. "It is gratifying to see the Canadian resort and leisure industry embrace the necessity of telemarketing compliance. The recent passage of Canadian DNC rules only underscores the international need for best practices and DNC compliance solutions for the teleservices industry as a whole, worldwide."

Ross Perlmutter, President and CEO of CRDA, added, "The users of this guide are demonstrating their commitment to being good corporate citizens balancing both the needs of business and those of the consumer."

Call Compliance Inc co-markets its online Regulatory Guide series with the American Teleservices Association and the American Resort and Development Association ([ www.regulatoryguide.com ]).

About the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA)

CRDA is an industry-based association that is dedicated to furthering the ownership-based resort and leisure industry, both at home and abroad. It was founded over twenty years ago as "the Resort Timesharing Council of Canada" in response to the public's insatiable demand for more information about typical "fee simple" (or "deeded") timeshare products. With the advent of flexible, leisure creative products (such as "points" based programs, "floating time, floating space" systems, multi-destination vacation clubs, fractional ownership resorts, equity participation projects and condo hotels), CRDA has evolved to become the pre-eminent industry association responsible for overseeing all forms of Vacation Ownership in Canada.
