Brekford International Corp.: Brekford Adds Two Homeland Security Veterans to Its Board of Directors, Nominates Douglas Deleave

In addition, current director Douglas Deleaver has been nominated by the Board of Directors to serve as a Class I Director for a term of three years until 2011, pending approval by the Company's stockholders at its 2008 annual meeting of stockholders.

The Company believes Mr. Deloney will bring critical expertise and leadership to the Company's board based on his experience in the IT and communications service industries. His professional services consulting company, West Windsor, LLC, helps technology companies leverage core competencies to achieve strategic objectives. He has held senior positions at TechTeam Government Solutions, Inc., GTSI Corp., NCI Information Systems, Inc., Computer Sciences Corporation and COMSAT Corporation. During his 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Deloney directed the worldwide IT services for the President, senior White House staff, and the National Security Advisor; he also resourced and deployed all Air Force communications equipment and personnel in the first Gulf War. Mr. Deloney retired from the Air Force, attaining the rank of colonel.
Mr. Lee, currently the executive director of National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), served for 20 years as operations commander of the Delaware River Port Authority, which has jurisdiction in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Earlier he served as liaison officer and investigator with the Camden County Prosecutor's Office in New Jersey and as director of security at the Halloran Plaza Hotel & Convention Center. Mr. Lee sits on the boards of five national organizations for law enforcement issues.
Mr. Deleaver has served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since December 2007. He is a 39-year veteran of law enforcement and homeland security, with experience in local, state, federal, critical infrastructure and international security assessment and mitigation. He has served as national president of NOBLE in the past and has also been a former appointee of Maryland Governor Robert Ehrlich, as Superintendent of the Maryland Natural Resources Police, the Maryland Emergency Management Agency and Chief of Police of the Maryland Transit Administration.
