National Automation Services, Inc. Announces Signed LOI for New Acquisition
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Nov 1, 2011) - National Automation Services, Inc. ("NAS" or the "Company") (
The undisclosed Cincinnati, Ohio based systems integration and controls company (until final documents are signed upon completion of due diligence and Audit within 120 days) agreed to be purchased for a total of $2.25 million. This acquisition will add $3.5 to 4 million to gross revenue and approximately $500,000.00 in net profits to NAS.
NAS is actively seeking and currently in discussions with several new acquisition targets and expects to have additional companies throughout the U.S. added to the portfolio of NAS over the next few months, adding an estimated projected $15 to $20 million to the gross revenues of the Company.
