FAIRFAX, Va.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations and commercial clients, today announced it has completed the sale of its Airport Operations Solutions (AOS) group to ITT Corporation, a high-technology engineering and manufacturing company. As part of the transaction, SRA Aviation Systems Vice President Bill Colligan will move to ITT to lead the team.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
