



International Rectifier Announces Results of 2010 Annual Meeting
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--International Rectifier Corporation (NYSE:IRF) today announced that, based on the results for its 2010 annual meeting of stockholders of the Company, stockholders have re-elected each of the Companya™s nominees to the Board of Directors, Mary B. Cranston and Thomas A. Lacey. Ms. Cranston and Mr. Lacey will each serve as Class B directors, to hold office for a term ending at the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders. In addition, stockholders ratified the Companya™s appointment of Ernst& Young LLP as the Companya™s independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2011.
