VANCOUVER, Nov. 24 /CNW/ - Sierra Wireless, Inc. (TSX:SW) (NASDAQ:SWIR) has become aware of a complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in the matter of United States of America -v- Don Ching Trang Chu (a/k/a "Don Chu") alleging the communication of certain inside information relating to Sierra Wireless by an employee of Sierra Wireless.  The Sierra Wireless employee referred to in this complaint is not a director or officer of Sierra Wireless.  Sierra Wireless takes these allegations very seriously and intends to cooperate fully with the United States Attorney in this matter.
