The 840 RFID Swine Premise Tag consists of a unique 840 (indicating the U.S.) country-coded, fifteen-digit animal ID number as well as a pink tamper-proof RFID button and a pink visual panel stud. Each tag also carries the official U.S. shield, a seven-character alpha-numeric Premises Identification Number (PIN), the state postal code of the PIN and a notice that it is unlawful to remove the tag.
