U.S. Department of Defense Certifies Acme Packet Session Border Controllers

BEDFORD, Mass.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Acme Packet® (NASDAQ: APKT), the leader in session border control solutions, today announced that its Net-Net 3820 and Net-Net 4500 Session Border Controller (SBC) products have been certified by the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Ft. Huachuca, AZ for information assurance and interoperability with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) networks. Having achieved certification, the Acme Packet products are now listed on the DoDa™s Unified Capabilities Approved Product List (APL), indicating they have met DODa™s Enterprise security requirements for connecting to its networks.
