WAYNE, Pa.--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Kenexa® (Nasdaq: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that on Monday, September 27, 2010, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania dismissed the class action lawsuit, Case No. 2:09-cv-02642-JS, filed on June 11, 2009.
