DRAPER, Utah--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Flexpoint Sensor Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: FLXT) [ http://www.flexpoint.com ] today announced that they are experiencing success with expanding their business model to focus on smaller contracts and production orders that produce immediate income and recurring orders for the Company.

The President of Flexpoint, Clark Mower, stated, aWe are pleased with the success we have had in focusing on smaller contracts. We have recently announced several purchase orders and are very excited that we are now receiving follow-up and recurring orders from several of our new clients. We also are receiving orders from others who have seen the announcements and have identified an additional use for our sensors. We expect these positive results to accelerate over the fourth quarter of this year and continue into the next year. In our earlier announcement we stated that focusing on the development of smaller production contracts would introduce products and our technology into the market and allow the Company to produce immediate income and recurring orders and that we would simultaneously pursue larger contracts, including automotive products, in the near future. We continue to work closely with the automotive industry but progress has been slow due to the global economic challenges. However, we have recently received significant interest from the automotive industry and are actively pursuing several products with multiple automotive manufacturers and suppliers.a
