DENVER--([ BUSINESS WIRE ])--Enhance Skin Products Inc., (OTCBB: EHSK) today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has declared its S-1 Registration statement effective. This allows EHSK to proceed with the sale of its common stock to the Crisnic Fund to raise up to $2 million. This fund raise will provide the capital to permit EHSK to implement the Companya™s Direct-to-Consumer strategy and to expand its product line for both the Visible Youth and the Visible Youth aPROFESSIONALa line of cosmeceutical products.
