YANGAROO Files Revised Financial Statement Certificates

TORONTO, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - YANGAROO Inc. (TSX-V: YOO, OTC: YOOIF) today announced it had filed revised CEO certifications for the Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for the year ended December 31, 2009 and for the financial statements for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010. The Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") requested that the company's recently appointed new CEO, Scott Wambolt, file these certificates.
