DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - December 9, 2009) - Taptopia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Metiscan, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: [ MTIZ ]), announced today that Taptopia is showcasing its [ Event Services ] App at Expo! Expo! 2009. Taptopia will present its Event Services to the members of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ ([ IAEE ]) and event attendees in both the Registration Area and in Booth #317 on the Exhibit Floor.

Expo! Expo! 2009 kicks off today at 11:00am EST at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Taptopia will have a kiosk in the Registration Area for the duration of IAEE's Annual Meeting and a presence on the Exhibit Floor in Booth #317.

Prior to the event, Dr. Iain Shigeoka, Taptopia's CTO, will kick off a roundtable session titled "Smartphone Services that Enhance the Trade Show Experience." The roundtable discussion begins at 8:00am EST. Taptopia will also be attending The IAEE Chairman's Private Reception to be held on Thursday, December 10th, 2009 at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel.
