(OTCBB: [ CICN ]), a leading provider of desktop automation and integration solutions, today announced that it has partnered with business process and lean service management consultancy A-CCI to provide codeless integration and workflow automation for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other business applications in the Italian market.

The new relationship supports the IT Solution Division of A-CCI by providing sales and implementation services in finance, energy, utilities, telecommunications, transport and public administration in Italy.
